Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream (from 8oz tub or homemade with 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla)
1 ½ cups graham crackers crumbs (about 10–12 sheets)
4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
In 6 dessert cups, press graham cracker crust mixture (crumbs + melted butter) to form bases
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated
Spoon cream cheese mixture into prepared cups
Top each with 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Use frozen strawberries if fresh not available (thaw and drain)
Digestive biscuits can substitute graham crackers
Chilling firms texture for optimal taste
