Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) brewed coffee or cold brew concentrate
1/2 cup (4 oz) milk or non-dairy creamer
1–2 tablespoons sweetener (simple syrup, maple syrup, agave, or granulated sugar)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional flavorings (vanilla extract, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, or cocoa powder)
Instructions
Brew coffee and let it chill completely or use cold brew concentrate prepared the night before
In a glass, add one tablespoon of sweetener and stir until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness
Top with a cup of ice cubes
Pour the chilled coffee into the glass until full
Add optional flavorings to taste and stir well
Notes
For cold brew concentrate: Steep 1/4 cup ground coffee in 1 cup water for 12-24 hours, then strain and refrigerate
Experiment with herbal teas instead of coffee for a dairy-free variation
Use crushed ice or coffee ice cubes for optimal texture
Store remaining cold brew in the fridge for up to 1 week
