Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a damp crumb mixture
Pack 1/2 tablespoon crumb mixture into each of 12 shooter glasses (or small cups)
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each shooter
Top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream
Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles (optional)
Notes
Crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread can substitute graham crackers
Chill assembled shooters for 20 minutes before serving for best texture
Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving
