Instructions
Chill coconut milk overnight for cream separation
In a blender, combine coconut milk cream layer with sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth
Pour into 4-6 serving cups
Chill for 4 hours until set
Notes
Use chilled coconut milk for cream separation
Adjust sugar to taste
