1 (3.5 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
2 cups cold whey or milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
4 cups Waldorf salad mix (chopped bananas + walnuts)
Instructions
Whisk pudding mix with cold whey/milk for 2 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes to thicken.
Fold in whipped topping and 2 cups mashed bananas with a spatula.
Knead mixture gently with hands in 5-6 motions for smooth texture.
Chill covered in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm before serving.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for maximum sweetness

For vegan option: use coconut milk with pudding mix
