Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) container Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
1 pint Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 pint Fresh Blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 cup Granola (optional: crushed graham crackers or nut-free granola)
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
Thaw the frozen whipped topping according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, gently fold in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, if using.
In a serving dish or individual glasses, layer granola, whipped topping, strawberries, and blueberries.
Repeat layers, finishing with a granola topping.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving and enjoy.
