Ingredients
2 cups brewed coffee, cooled completely
2–4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Brew the coffee and let it cool completely.
In a pitcher or bowl, add the cooled brewed coffee and mix in the sugar.
Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the milk or cream and the vanilla extract (if using). Mix well.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert the sticks.
Freeze until firm, about 4–6 hours.
Enjoy after thawing slightly for a delicious frozen treat.
Notes
Use decaf coffee if desired.
For a non-dairy option, substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk.
Sweetness can be adjusted based on personal taste.
Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
