Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
12–15 miniature chocolate cups (paper liners)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and salt until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; stir well.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture into each mini chocolate cup liner.
Top with a spoonful of melted chocolate chips.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler before topping. Use dark or milk chocolate for variations. Chill thoroughly to set the chocolate filling.
