Ingredients
12 large strawberries (use naturally sweet kinds like Albion)
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (low-fat may cause texture issues)
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (use pecans if preferred)
Instructions
Hull strawberries and pat dry using a paper towel or clean cloth. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Mix full-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl until smooth
Roll each frozen strawberry in the yogurt mixture to form a golf ball-sized ball
Melt chopped dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals
Dunk the yogurt-coated strawberries into the melted chocolate
Roll chocolate-dipped clusters in chopped walnuts for added texture
Place on the baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to harden
Notes
Use fresh, dry strawberries to maintain texture and prevent separation
Melt chocolate in 20-second bursts for smoother consistency
Work quickly with the clusters to prevent melting; use a slotted spoon when handling
Store in an airtight container in the freezer to prevent sogginess
Optionally skip walnuts for a smoother texture
Vegan option: Use maple syrup instead of honey
