Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
Dip strawberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring even coating
Use a fork to transfer dipped strawberries to a lined baking sheet
Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth
Dip frozen yogurt-covered strawberries into the melted chocolate
Place on parchment paper to set
Freeze for 15-20 minutes before serving
Notes
Use ripe but firm strawberries for best texture
Maple syrup or agave nectar can substitute honey for alternative sweetness
