Ingredients
Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz can)
Fresh Blueberries (3 cups, ½ cup reserved)
Lemon Juice (2 tablespoons)
Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
Whipped Topping (12 oz, thawed)
Graham Crackers (1.5 sleeves, ~18 crackers)
Powdered Sugar (¼ cup, optional)
Instructions
Line a lasagna or 9×13-inch pan with plastic wrap
Monster graham crackers directly into the pan
Whisk cream cheese, condensed milk, remaining blueberries, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth
Spread 1/3 of the mixture over crackers
Repeat with additional graham crackers and remaining cream cheese mixture
Top with remaining graham crackers
Chill 4–6 hours until firm
Dust with powdered sugar and reserved blueberries before serving
Notes
Digestive biscuits can replace graham crackers
Use lemon juice if unavailable
Graham crackers may soften enough to make the cake cohesion solid
