Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
16 ounces (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt; mix until fully incorporated
Add softened butter to flour mixture, using a pastry blender or fingers to work until crumbly
Evenly press crust into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese with remaining 1/4 cup sugar until smooth
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in blueberries
Spread cream cheese mixture over warm crust, smooth surface
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and just set
Cool completely before cutting into bars
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for even mixing
Use frozen blueberries without thawing for a fresher slice-through crumble
Bars can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for 1 day or refrigerated for up to 5 days
