Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs, 1.5 cups
Granulated sugar, 3/4 cup (crust) + 3/4 cup (filling)
Unsalted butter, melted, 6 tablespoons
Cream cheese, softened, 24 ounces
All-purpose flour, 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Large eggs, 3
Sour cream, full-fat, 1/2 cup
Fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter
Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan crust
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, flour, vanilla, and eggs
Fold in sour cream at room temperature
Spread half the batter into the pan
Arrange blueberries on top
Pour remaining batter over berries
Bake for 50-55 minutes until center just set
Cool in oven with door slightly ajar
Chill completely before slicing
Notes
For frozen blueberries: add 1/4 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning
Use a water bath to prevent cracking
Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days
