Ingredients
Fresh Lime Juice
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
4 cups cold water
1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Ice
Instructions
Squeeze 8-10 limes into a large container.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly.
Pour in 4 cups of cold water, adjusting to achieve your preferred consistency.
Blend all ingredients using a blender until smooth and well combined.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
Serve over ice in glasses for a refreshing cold drink.
Notes
Bottled lime juice can be substituted but fresh offers superior flavor.
Blue spirulina can be replaced with other natural colorants like butterfly pea flower (ensure no alcohol is used in processing).
Adjust cold water amount to control sweetness and tartness.
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth, no need to purée longer.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
