Instructions
Combine lime juice, cold water, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a large pitcher.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
Add blue food coloring drop by drop, blending well after each addition to achieve a vibrant color.
Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes (optional for enhanced refreshment).
Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with lime wedges or edible flowers.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for optimal flavor; bottled juice is not recommended.
Adjust blue coloring gradually to avoid over-saturation.
