Chocolate cookie crumbs 1 1/2 cups

Granulated sugar (for meringue) 1/2 cup
Large marshmallows 2 cups
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
For the crust: Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
For the filling: Beat eggs, add sugar, softened butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into cooled crust and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
For the meringue: Whisk egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over filling, top with marshmallows, and broil 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Let set completely before slicing
Notes
Use 25 full chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreo brand) for crumbs
Dutch-processed cocoa yields richer flavor
Combination of meringue and marshmallows ensures melted texture
Chill at least 4 hours before serving for cleaner slices
