Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar
Mix until crumbs are evenly moistened
Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch springform pan
Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden
Let crust cool slightly while preparing filling

Gradually add 1 ¼ cups sugar, mixing until fully incorporated

Stir in vanilla extract
