Ingredients
Ripe Bananas 3–4 large
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 (5.1 oz) box
Whole Milk 2 ½ cups
Cream Cheese 4 oz
Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 (14 oz) can
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Wafers 1 (11 oz) box
Butter ¼ cup (melted, optional for wafers)
Instructions
Whisk pudding mix and milk in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes
Beat softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly combined
Gently fold in chilled whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract
Layer vanilla wafers in a dish, top with banana slices and pudding mixture
Repeat layering, finishing with a top layer of pudding
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
Notes
Use shortbread cookies as a substitute for vanilla wafers
Melted butter on wafers adds richness (optional)
