2 ripe bananas
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
10–12 vanilla wafers or mini graham crackers
1 cup ready-to-use whipped topping
Instructions
Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in a saucepan until it thickens.
Chill the pudding completely, about 1-2 hours.
Layer chilled mason jars with wafers, banana slices, and dollops of pudding.
Spoon whipped topping over each jar and crown with a banana round.
Notes
For vegan version, substitute milk with oat or almond milk and use coconut whipped topping.
For gluten-free, use certified gluten-free wafers and cornstarch.
Add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce between layers for extra flavor.
Assemble 6-8 hours ahead but refrigerate until ready to serve.
