Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) pre-made graham cracker crust
3–4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
Instructions
Prepare the pre-made graham cracker crust by pressing into a 9-inch pan
In a blender, mix cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth
Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, blending until lump-free
Pour cheesecake layer into the crust and refrigerate for 1 hour
Mix pudding with 2 cups milk as per package instructions
Cover chilled cheesecake with pudding layer
Top with banana slices, then spread whipped topping over the dessert
Chill for 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving
Optional: Add extra banana slices or vanilla wafers as garnish

Vanilla pudding can be substituted with custard-style non-dairy mix
