  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup fresh blueberries
0.5 cup granola
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

Whisk the Greek yogurt and honey in a large glass bowl until smooth and fully incorporated.
Fold the fresh blueberries gently into the yogurt mixture using a silicone spatula.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving an inch of space between each cluster.
Sprinkle granola and chia seeds evenly over the top of each cluster.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least two hours until the clusters are completely hardened.
Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer until ready to eat.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Maple syrup can be used as a vegan alternative to honey. Strawberries or raspberries can be substituted for blueberries. Store finished clusters in a freezer-safe bag for up to two weeks.
