Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cacao), chopped
1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Additional fruits (melon, kiwi, citrus for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp powdered sugar for the crust
Press mixture into 24 mini tartlet molds
Bake crusts for 10 minutes, cool completely
Beat cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth
Spread mixture into cooled crusts
Melt chocolate slightly, drizzle over tarts
Top with fresh berries and additional fruits of choice
Notes
Use silicone molds for easy release
Chill tarts for 30 minutes before serving
Store in refrigerator up to 2 days
Substitute dairy-free graham crackers and cream cheese for vegan option
Add edible flowers for extra presentation
