Description

This creamy tiramisu martini is an indulgent, non-alcoholic dessert drink made with espresso, mascarpone, and vanilla — perfect for cozy nights and parties.


Ingredients

Scale

1 shot of espresso or 1/4 cup cold brew

2 tbsp mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Ice (for shaking)

Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Optional: crushed ladyfingers, chocolate shavings


Instructions

1. Add espresso, mascarpone, condensed milk, and vanilla to a shaker.

2. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Dust with cocoa powder.

5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed ladyfingers.

6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an amaretto twist, add 1/4 tsp almond extract.

You can replace espresso with cold brew for a smoother flavor.
