Description
This tiramisu cheesecake blends creamy mascarpone filling with coffee-soaked flavor and a rich cocoa finish. Perfect for holidays or simple indulgence.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups crushed ladyfingers or chocolate cookies
5 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons espresso or strong coffee
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a springform pan with parchment.
2. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Brush crust with espresso or coffee and let cool.
4. Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and flour. Mix until combined.
6. Pour filling over crust and bake in a water bath for 55 minutes.
7. Cool in oven, then refrigerate at least 6 hours.
8. Whip cream with powdered sugar and spread over chilled cheesecake.
9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Use decaf coffee if desired.
Swap raspberry jam under the filling for a fruity twist.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
