Instructions

1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

2. Add melted butter, eggs, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix.

3. Add flour gradually, knead until smooth.

4. Cover and let rise 1 hour.

5. Roll dough into a rectangle.

6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough.

7. Spoon strawberry preserves on top.

8. Roll up tightly and slice into even rolls.

9. Place in greased baking dish. Let rise 30 minutes.

10. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.

11. Cool slightly, then top with glaze or whipped cream.
