Ingredients
Strawberry Jello (1 package, 3 oz)
Cream cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup sugar
Vanilla yogurt (2 cups)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Fresh strawberries (2 cups, chopped)
Heavy cream (1 cup)
1/2 cup cold water (for gelatin)
Instructions
Boil 1/2 cup water and stir in strawberry Jello until dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Gradually mix in 1/2 cup cold water to thin the gelatin.
Pour half of the gelatin into an 8-inch pie dish. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set gelatin layer in the pie dish.
Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 3 hours until fully set.
Top with remaining chopped strawberries, whipped heavy cream, and chilled for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use halal-certified gelatin if required.
Non-dairy whipped topping can substitute heavy cream for lactose-free.
Adjust sugar amounts to taste or use alternatives like honey or erythritol.
Greek yogurt adds tanginess but increases tartness.
