1 tbsp honey or sugar

1 cup crushed biscuits, cookies, or sponge cake

Instructions
1. Gently rinse and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar or honey and set aside to macerate for 5 minutes.
2. Whisk cream or yogurt with vanilla and sweetener until smooth and fluffy.
3. Place crushed cookies or sponge cake into the bottom of serving glasses.
4. Layer with cream mixture and strawberries, alternating for texture and color.
5. Top with mint, lemon zest, or additional berries if desired.
6. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.
