2 cans crescent roll dough

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Unroll and press one can of crescent dough into the bottom of the dish.

3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.

4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the bottom crust.

5. Place the second crescent dough sheet on top, pressing seams gently.

6. Brush with melted butter.

7. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the top.

8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and set.

9. Cool completely before slicing, or refrigerate for cleaner bars.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy removal.
