Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
3. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
4. Whisk sugars into the chocolate mixture.
5. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until glossy.
6. Fold in dry ingredients gently until just combined.
7. Scoop dough into balls, spacing them well on the tray.
8. Sprinkle tops with flaky sea salt.
9. Bake 10–12 minutes until crackled but soft.
10. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
