Ingredients
6 ripe peaches, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.
3. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared dish.
4. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, brown sugar, and salt.
5. Add cold butter to the dry mixture and use fingers to crumble it evenly.
6. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches and press slightly.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
9. Serve warm with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
10. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
You can substitute nectarines for peaches.
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based butter.
Add mango puree for a tropical fusion.
