Creamy Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers or cookies
½ cup melted butter
Optional Toppings:
Fresh berries, chocolate shavings, crushed nuts
Instructions
1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch pan to form a crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping until creamy and uniform.
4. Spread the cream mixture over the chilled crust.
5. Top with desired toppings (berries, chocolate, nuts).
6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
7. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Let it chill overnight for clean slices.
