Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
Toppings: fresh fruit, fruit compote, or chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan or cups to form the crust. Chill while preparing filling.
2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and airy.
5. Spread the filling over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
7. Before serving, top with fruit, sauce, or chocolate if desired.
8. Slice with a warm knife for clean edges and serve chilled.
