Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Set Instant Pot to Sauté, add olive oil and brown chicken 2 mins per side.
3. Cancel Sauté. Add chicken broth. Close lid and set to Manual, 10 mins.
4. Allow natural pressure release for 5 mins, then quick release.
5. Open lid, check doneness, and serve with garnish.
Notes
Double broth for more sauce.
Can be shredded for tacos or wraps.
Add lemon slices for extra brightness.
