Ingredients
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough or sweet roll dough
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1½ cups mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Optional: drizzle with hot fudge sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Unroll dough and press seams together to form rectangles.
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
4. Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
5. Roll dough tightly into logs and slice into even rolls.
6. Place rolls cut-side up in the baking dish.
7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbling.
9. Cool slightly for 5 minutes and serve while warm.
Notes
Use milk chocolate for a classic s’mores taste, or dark chocolate for extra richness.
To prep ahead, assemble the rolls and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
Avoid overfilling to prevent messy leaks during baking.
