Ingredients
2 frozen chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup chicken broth or water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Place the frozen chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
2. Add broth or water along with seasonings.
3. Seal lid and set to “High Pressure” for 12 minutes.
4. Allow 10 minutes for natural pressure release.
5. Manually release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
6. Check internal temperature (must reach 165°F), then remove and let rest.
7. Slice, shred, or cube as desired for your recipes.
Notes
Use low-sodium broth if preferred.
For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the pot.
