Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies
3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
1/4 cup powdered sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, peaches, or mango)
Optional: whipped cream, fruit purée, crumbled cookies for topping
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sticky.
2. Press crust into bottom of glass jars or dessert cups.
3. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese (or yogurt), sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold in chopped fruit gently.
5. Layer crust, filling, and fruit alternately in cups.
6. Top with optional whipped cream or peach purée.
7. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving (or freeze for 15 minutes if in a hurry).
Notes
Use coconut cream and maple syrup for a vegan version.
Substitute fruit with seasonal favorites — strawberries and mango work well.
Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
