1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional mix-ins:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Notes
For a gooier texture, slightly underbake the dessert.
Chill in the fridge for a firmer, fudgy texture.
Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
