1 cup strawberry preserves or chopped fresh fruit
(optional) 1 tsp rose water or lemon juice
**Cookie Layer**
1 cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies
**Toppings**
Whipped cream
Fresh berries
Chocolate shavings or mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
3. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Layer dessert cups: start with cookie crumbs, followed by cream, then fruit.
5. Repeat layers if desired.
6. Chill for at least 2–4 hours before serving.
7. Top with whipped cream and garnish as desired before serving.
Notes
Use clear dessert cups for visual appeal.
You can substitute the fruit layer with chocolate pudding or lemon curd.
Chill well to help layers set.
