Zest of 1 orange

Instructions
Chill your whipped cream and glass containers for 1 hour
Line the base of each glass with crushed graham crackers if using
Whisk cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and salt in a bowl
Gradually add warmed non-dairy milk until smooth
Chill mixture 10 minutes before pouring as first layer
Add 1 tsp espresso powder to chocolate base for depth
Smooth with a rubber spatula
Top with whipped cream, drizzle with melted chocolate
Sift orange zest over each parfait
Repeat layers and refrigerate 4 hours for best results
