Description

A rich, creamy, and low-carb tomato basil chicken pasta recipe with turkey bacon and keto-friendly noodles. Perfect for quick keto meals and healthy low carb dinners.

 


Ingredients

– 1 cup cooked chicken ham, sliced

– 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 tbsp tomato paste

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

– 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

– 1.5 cups keto pasta (zucchini noodles or shirataki)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Crisp turkey bacon in a skillet and set aside.

2. Sauté chicken ham in olive oil until warmed through.

3. Add cream, tomato paste, garlic powder, and simmer until thick.

4. Stir in Parmesan and basil until melted.

5. Add turkey bacon, chicken ham, and keto pasta to skillet.

6. Toss together and heat for 23 minutes. Season and serve hot.
