Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Stir in the mustard, lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, thyme, and parsley.
4. Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine.
5. Serve warm as a dip or sauce.
6. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
Freeze extra portions in an ice cube tray for single-use servings.
Try with grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
For extra heat, add cayenne or hot sauce.
