1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 (8-oz) container Cool Whip (non-dairy optional)

Instructions
Press pretzel bites into a greased 9×13-inch dish to create an even base.
In a blender or food processor, puree strawberries, mayonnaise, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until slightly chunky.
Pour the strawberry mixture over the pretzel base, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Spread Cool Whip evenly over the filling, then press additional pretzel pieces into the Cool Whip for texture.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours before serving.
Notes
For a non-dairy version, substitute Cool Whip with whipped coconut cream.
Customize with add-ins like chopped nuts or blueberries.
