All the flavor of cinnamon rolls in an easy-to-make bar form. These Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars have a soft, buttery base with a gooey cinnamon swirl and optional icing — perfect for holidays, potlucks, or cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

🧈 The Bar Base:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 ½ cups brown sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

🍂 Cinnamon Swirl:

– ⅓ cup brown sugar

– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

🍶 Optional Icing:

– ¾ cup powdered sugar

– 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream

– ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, then fold in flour until combined.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the swirl ingredients: brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.

4. Spread batter in the pan. Spoon cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.

6. Cool, drizzle with icing if desired, and slice into bars.

Notes

For extra gooey bars, add a thin cream cheese glaze instead of powdered sugar icing.

Add chopped pecans or white chocolate chips for variation.

These bars taste even better the next day once flavors meld.
