Ingredients
**Churro Layers**
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
**Cheesecake Filling**
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
**Topping**
¼ cup melted butter
Extra cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
4. Press one layer of crescent dough into the bottom of the pan.
5. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar.
6. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.
7. Top with remaining crescent dough layer.
8. Brush with melted butter.
9. Sprinkle generously with remaining cinnamon sugar.
10. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and set. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Let cream cheese fully soften before mixing for best texture.
Chill the cheesecake before slicing for clean edges.
Add caramel drizzle or chocolate chips for variation.
