1 cup cherry pie filling
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp edges.
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with heavy cream.
4. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
5. Add sugar, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla; mix until thickened.
6. Remove from heat and gently fold in cherry pie filling.
7. Pour the chocolate cherry mixture into the prepared crust.
8. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the filling is set.
9. Cool completely before slicing.
10. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
