Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cups Biscoff cookies or graham crackers, finely crushed
5 tbsp melted butter
Chocolate Filling:
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
¾ cup heavy cream
⅓ cup Biscoff spread
Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream
Extra Biscoff spread (for drizzle)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
3. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
4. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
5. Heat cream in a saucepan until nearly simmering.
6. Place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl and pour hot cream over it. Let sit 1–2 minutes.
7. Whisk until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
8. Stir in Biscoff spread until fully incorporated.
9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until set.
Notes
Use semi-sweet chocolate for a milder taste or dark chocolate for deeper flavor.
Crust can be made with graham crackers if Biscoff is unavailable.
Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can freeze individual slices for up to 2 months.
