1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract until fully combined.
4. Pour mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
6. Top with chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
7. Refrigerate leftovers.
