1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

¼ cup amaretto liqueur

¾ cup cherry preserves

**Finish**

Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1. Brew coffee and let it cool, then mix with amaretto.

2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.

5. Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee-amaretto mix.

6. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.

7. Spread half the mascarpone mixture on top.

8. Spoon cherry preserves over the cream layer.

9. Repeat layers and finish with mascarpone mixture.

10. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
