Ingredients

1 ball homemade pizza dough

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

6 slices turkey bacon, cut into squares

6 slices chicken ham, cut into squares

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

2. Roll out the dough on parchment paper.

3. Spread tomato sauce evenly on dough.

4. Sprinkle cheese across the surface.

5. Alternate turkey bacon and chicken ham squares in a checkerboard pattern.

6. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

7. Transfer to baking sheet or pizza stone.

8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden.

9. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

You can use white sauce or pesto instead of tomato sauce.
