  • Total Time: 1 hour 55 minutes
  • Yield: 12 rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale

**Dough**

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup whole milk (warm)

2¼ tsp active dry yeast

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt

**Filling**

¾ cup brown sugar

1½ tbsp ground cinnamon

1½ cups blackberries (fresh or thawed & drained if frozen)

**Glaze**

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

23 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let bloom for 5–10 minutes.

2. Mix in melted butter, eggs, remaining sugar, and salt.

3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

5. Roll dough into rectangle, spread with softened butter.

6. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over dough.

7. Scatter blackberries evenly across surface.

8. Roll tightly and slice into equal rolls.

9. Place in greased baking dish, let rise 30 minutes.

10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.

11. Whisk glaze ingredients and spread over warm rolls.

Notes

Use fresh or well-drained frozen blackberries.

Cool slightly before glazing for the best texture.

Make ahead: refrigerate rolls overnight before baking.

Pairs well with coffee desserts or creamy no-bake sweets.
